The City Council of Potchefstroom is hereby inviting the media to a Press briefing on the issue of the name change.

As the City of Potchefstroom we would to invite all the media, locally, regionally and nationally to attend this historically very important press conference. The briefing is aimed at briefing the media and the public about the decision that has been taken in relation to the name change of Potchefstroom.

The press briefing is scheduled as follows:

Venue: City Council boardroom, Dan Tloome building
Time: 11h00

The briefing will be address by the Executive Mayor, Cllr. Maphetle Maphetle, the City Council speaker and the Council whip.
